We say all sorts of random foreign phrases around our house, like taco and hola, exotic things like that.
Somehow Wes worked his way around a foreign language when he was in high school...even if he had he graduated 6 years ago, so he'd probably be a little rusty, BUT, I died laughing one day when he said, so genuinely.
"What's the difference between danke & gracias?"
"The language"
hahahah he realized we said danke & gracias both for "thank you" & that didn't quite make sense to him.
We laughed preeeeeetty hard over that one.
